The river Orb rises in the north-east of the Parc Regional du Haut Languedoc and flows via Beziérs to the Mediterranean.

Minerve

Minerve is a little Cathar fortress-town. Here we find natural bridges that the river Cesse has drilled into the chalkrock. In periods of drought you can walk underneath the Grand or Petit Pont. The AOC Minervois wines are famous.
