Reservation and down payment
The reservation is final if the deposit of 50% of the total accommodation costs have been received by us within a week after booking. The remainder of the accommodation costs for camping pitches must be paid no later than one week before arrival or in cash on arrival. For the accommodations, the remainder of the total accommodation costs are paid at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
Camping Domaine Le Peyral reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at any time without giving reasons.
The campsite is open from May 27 to September 10, 2023.
Arrival and departure times
Reception is open between 8:30 and 12:00 and between 14:00 and 18:00.
Reception is closed between 12:00 - 14:00 and after 18:00. Please take this into account.
Arrival possible at the earliest from 14:00 for camping pitches and from 15:00 for accommodations.
On your departure day, the camping pitch must be empty at 11:00 and the accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 at the latest.
Number of renters
If the number of renters is higher than agreed in the reservation, Camping Domaine Le Peyral has the right to refuse the extra renters and to declare the contract invalid, or to charge the amount as stated in the rate list.
Cancellation
A cancellation must be made in writing.
In case of cancellation, the tenant pays cancellation fees:
* For cancellation more than three months before the arrival date, 20% of the agreed price.
* For cancellation within three to two months before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed price.
* If cancelled within two to one month before the arrival date, 75% of the agreed price.
* If cancelled within one month before the arrival date, 100% of the agreed price.
Interruption of stay
If the renter breaks off his or her stay prematurely, we will not refund the remaining accommodation costs.
Deposit
A deposit of 150 euros is charged for all rental accommodations. If the renter leaves the accommodation as found on arrival, the deposit will be automatically refunded at the end of your stay. If the deposit is paid in cash on arrival, it will be settled with the final bill or by appointment.
The renter will be held liable for damage caused to the accommodation and / or the furnishings and contents.
The renter must respect the quiet nature of the rented and use it in a manner that is in accordance with the destination of the rented. He / she must leave the accommodation as found on arrival. The rented property may only be used by those persons who have contractually agreed between the renter and us.
Final cleaning
The renter can choose to clean the accommodation himself (vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies available from us) or have it cleaned by us. Even if you choose to have the accommodation cleaned by us, you are expected to meet at least the following points when you leave the accommodation:
- Crockery, cutlery and pans have been washed and stored
- Waste bins have been emptied and cleaned
- The refrigerator has been emptied and cleaned
- The stove has been cleaned
- Waste has been deposited in the appropriate bins
Please note: when renting the Bell tent, final cleaning is mandatory by us, but you must also have at least met the above points.
Swimming pool
Renters of camping pitches or accommodations can use the swimming pool at the campsite (free of charge) between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm. However, the use of the pool is entirely at your own risk. Camping Domaine Le Peyral explicitly does not supervise a lifeguard and does not accept any liability for the use of the pool. Parents or guardian are responsible for supervising their children.
Dogs
Dogs (max. 2 per pitch) are welcome at the campsite, for a fee per day. The renter is obliged to indicate this when booking or arriving at the campsite.
Dogs should not be allowed to run free and must be kept on a leash. Walking is done outside the campsite. They are not allowed in the common areas (Chouette, Buvette, sanitary buildings and by the pool). It is not allowed to leave your dog alone in a car, accommodation, tent or caravan.
Two conditions apply: - a valid rabies vaccination - identification via chip in combination with a vaccination booklet issued by a veterinarian. The tenant must bring the vaccination booklet of the animal and adhere to the house rules of the site. Dangerous or aggressive dogs (forbidden dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) are not allowed.
Liability
The renter must be insured himself. The campsite cannot be held liable in the event of theft, loss or damage of any kind, during or after a stay at the campsite.
